Our client is a leading renewable energy company with an immediate requirement that offers a superb in-house legal opportunity for an accomplished junior/midlevel solicitor to specialise in commercial property work. 

 

Applying cutting edge technology the company passionately navigates an ever changing environment. Its highly motivated management and personnel are fully integrated, ensuring maximisation of all aspects of the business from sales through to planning, construction and operations. 

 

Backed by a substantial in-house team to ensure seamless legal support, due to ever increasing levels of work the team has a further requirement for an accomplished junior/midlevel commercial property solicitor with a minimum of two years experience, gained at a highly rated law firm. Experience of the energy sector is not essential but you’ll need to have a minimum 2.1 degree from a well known university and fluency in at least one European language.

In order to avail yourself of such an opportunity you’ll need to demonstrate a high degree of professional diligence and impeccable drafting and technical skills in dealing with all landlord and tenant matters, Land Registry applications, exclusivity agreements, substation leases and easements, community benefit deeds, grazing licences and deeds of variation.
