We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced in-house Commercial Contracts/IT Lawyer to join an established in-house legal team, based in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including IT agreements, license agreements, and service agreements.

Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including IT agreements, license agreements, and service agreements.

· Provide legal advice and support on a variety of commercial and IT matters.

· Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.

· Work closely with the business teams to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions.

Requirements:

· UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial contracts and IT law.

· Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
