Benefitting from sector expertise in technology, pharma, data and outsourcing, healthcare, sport, hotels, restaurants, retail, importantly the firm avoids low level commoditised property work. Property finance, tax and regulatory expertise are married into the practice enabling the firm to provide a seamless service, though corporate partners with an additional strength in one or more of these areas are always of interest. Those with strong commercial property development experience are likely to be of particular interest.
