We are currently working closely with a highly rated law firm client that is seeking to hire a senior real estate lawyer for its London office. We would be interested to hear from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years PQE who possess both high level mainstream commercial property expertise and additional energy sector strengths gained conducting and managing significant on and off shore energy sector transactions and projects.

 

Core strengths will include a proven track record of investment work for clients ranging from HNW Individuals to property companies and funds; development work with extensive drafting and negotiation skills; domestic and multi-jurisdiction real estate finance experience primarily for lenders and an extensive degree of infrastructure projects across the energy and renewables sector.
