The London office of this major international player has and opening for an outstanding solicitor in its TMT group.

Working predominantly on outsourcing and technology transactions for a variety of new and long established stellar clients including those in the banking, energy, transport and the public sectors this is a broad based role for a talented and committed solicitor with a minimum of three years experience.

​

As an accomplished associate you’ll have enjoyed a clear and concise career path and gained an in-depth technical and practical knowledge of outsourcing and technology transactional work. The role requires a confident and charismatic, client-facing lawyer who will be adaptive and creative. This is an opportunity to take a step up and lead transactions with minimal supervision and produce the highest quality documentation with minimal supervision, whilst supervising and mentoring more junior lawyers.
